TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to items sold via the website only.


 
 

1. Payments

I accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, and MasterCard Payments payable via Stripe.
The prices shown on the website are all fully inclusive of any VAT or additional taxes. The amount you pay will be the price indicated with the only additional cost being a standard delivery postage charge of £3.95p.

Items will be sent first class, recorded delivery (signature required).

I will endeavour to post within 3 working days but if you require an item before this, please get in touch with me via email hello@julieherbertadams.com

I reserve the right to refuse any order.


 
 

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of the items I offer for sale i.e., sold used (second-hand) specifically for photoshoots for various models of various shapes and sizes, I do not offer refunds on original vintage pieces which do not fit or are unwanted. All measurements and condition reports are detailed on each listing. If you are unsure of an item for sale, please contact me directly before purchasing with any questions you may have.  I only offer a refund if a piece was misrepresented when sold. If you believe this is the case, please contact me directly within 48 hours of your parcel arriving to let me know there is a problem and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

 If I agree to a return, all items must be repackaged and returned in the same condition that you received them in and sent back to us.

 Orders / Items sent back to me without a prior notification of a refund request will not be accepted.

 Items such as underwear, hosiery, antique props, jewellery, bespoke made items such as head pieces and Gift Cards cannot be refunded.  Please contact me immediately if there is damage to your order upon arrival. 

 Upon receipt of a returned parcel and the item is as was when sold I will issue a refund. A refund will be issued to the original payment method for the order less the postage costs. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to process. 

 All sales are final.


 
 

3. Collections

Once you have successfully completed your purchase, please contact me directly to arrange collection from the studio at a mutually convenient time and date.


 
 

4. Disclaimer

The vintage clothing, photoshoot dresses, props, tools and all relative items offered for sale on this website have been procured and used by me. I only offer studio props, working tools and studio equipment in working order. However, a guarantee is not included in the sale unless an original guarantee is still under warranty.
